Crystal Valentina is a gifted and most knowledgeable yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and herbalist. She will lead and guide your journey in sound, with wise words bringing you to a relaxed state with crystal signing bowls, and later gongs, chimes and other unique sounding instruments. Rachel Mari Kimber adds to the soothing soundscape, using cello, voice and spirit flute - you may also experience hearing birdsong in the room! Pure heart centered magic.
