Sourcing from a variety of counselling skills, you will be encouraged to get in touch with and speak your unique truth in a safe space, where there is nothing judged or wrong, just being truly seen in your experience of what is, in encouragement of recognizing that. Reflections and suggestions are offered if desired, where forgiveness, healing, and self empowerment assist your forward momentum. This service is also offered over the phone.
